Remaining thoughts: Concept of Ideas
I was thinking about the concept of ideas.
How they can be presented in 2 ways.
One is through a written language,
and the other is through visual language.
And interestingly, they coexist in our understanding…
If I describe an apple, including the texture, shine, and color tone of it, you probably would visually summon an understanding of the apple.
But if I show an image of the apple, you would immediately put into words the details of the apple, including the texture, shine, and color tone.
Visual and rhetoric are complementary.
I conclude with this…
